, , ,

The latest stable version of the Microsoft’s web browser, IE 9 which released a month ago has so far got a great reception and is been hailed by most of the Internet users as the best ever browser from Microsoft till date.

When IE9 was released, it sent shock waves to all Windows XP users as the XP operating system lacked support for it, but now its time for another shock around the corner from Microsoft. The latest version of the browser, the IE10 which is under the stage of development will not be compatible with the Windows Vista operating system and it will be compatible with only Windows 7 operating system and later.

What can you expect in IE 10?

IE 10, unlike IE 9, will undergo only an evolutionary change which will upgrade the existing core features, improve Hardware acceleration and a better standard supports. You might be thinking why there is a need for the next version of the browser when IE 9 is doing so well.
Yes, there is a good need in one particular area, the area concerned to Extensions. The Firefox and the Google chrome browsers now have a plethora of extensions under their belt for their support and popularity but Internet explorer really lacks in this niche. Hopefully, when we get to try our hands on the latest version, we will see a lot of extensions under its belt.

What makes the release of IE 10 so crucial and exciting?

If everything goes well according to the plan, the IE 10 might well be shipped with the next version of the operating system from Microsoft, the Windows 8. The IE 10, if everything falls in place, should be available in about a year’s time and so we can expect the windows 8 OS two months after the release of IE 10. IE 10 with Windows 8 (double gifts on offer.
