Today, our good friend, Mr. Sense has passed away. He lived a long and purposeful life. Mr. Common Sense has been around since the dawn of time. He taught people when to come in while it's raining, and not to bite things that bite back. During the 1980's, common sense got infected with the if-it-helps-just-one-person-its-worth-it virus. He became discouraged soon after his recovery. During the millenium, Mr. Sense lost hope when a woman was awarded half a million dollars when she didnt' realize a cup of hot coffee was hot. Common sense soon threw in the towl during the war on terrorism when the pledge of alliegance was declared unconstitutional. He soon after died of heart failure and stress. he was immediately followed by his wife Responsibility, and his two daughters, faith and truth. He is however survived by two half brothers, Ima whiner, and Myra ights. not many of us attended his funeral, because so few of us realized he was gone.

Pushing closer
the edges break
like a raging wave
tempting fate
Crumbling away
the edge creeps near
like angry screams
tunneled in fear
Edges breaking
I'm watching you slip
like the surgeons hand
losing grip
With your rage
the edges crack
like the anger you hold
is bleeding back

She broke her heart in a moonlit basement
and mended it with frozen tears
a good doctor never leaves a scar
and she cries to the satellite stars
Where did i go wrong
She lost her hope in the midst of dead grass
and fed her fear with cheap alchohol
she never learned this in class
and she cries to the empty glass
where did i go wrong
She abandoned her shell in a railroad bathroom
and threw her reflection to the floor
the people outside know all sorts of names
and she cries to the oncoming trains
where did i go wrong

My silent words can’t make you hear all the things I tend to fear
And my staring eyes can’t make you speak all the things that you see
My empty soul can’t make you feel all the things that catch my tears
And my shaking hands can’t make you touch all the things that I have lost
My quivering lip can’t make you taste all the things everyone says
And my choking breath can’t make you breathe all the things that made you leave
My cold body can’t make you love all the things that you’ve done
And my beating heart can’t make you hate all the things that you take
My bleeding wounds can’t make you cry of all the things I might try
My weakened strength can’t make you laugh of all the things you broke in half
My broken soul can’t make you look at everything I had, things you took
And my hopeless tears can’t make you see all the damage done to me.

i would consider myself to be a punk,
and this new generation of punks is
just pissing me off. They're so
disrespectful. Like the only way these
pussy kids know how to rebel against
their country is to not stand up during
the pledge of allegiance. Looking around,
i see this proud vetran with a tear in
his eye looking at that flag with all
his heart, and there's a stupid little
punk in front of him messing around, and
not even paying enough respect to the man
behind him who offered his life to his
country, so that dissrespectful little
punk could rebel by not respecting the
flag and all it stands for. It just makes
me mad that they can't even think of an
appropriate rebellion.

Never again hate the burning sun
Neither rain nor winter's snow
I miss the place you once were
Where Abscence soon will grow
Never again taste summer's breath
Or lay on frozen grounds
How long can you be missing
And where can you be found
So cruel this last rememberance
A stone buried in my thoughts
Am i expected to miss you
Through a cold unfeeling rock
Memories soon will waste away
Though I remember that you're gone
Time forces me to act as if
You've been there all along

1. Only in America......can a pizza get to your house faster than an
ambulance.
2. Only in America......are there handicap parking places in front of a
skating rink.
3. Only in America......do drugstores make the sick walk all the way to
the back of the store to get their prescriptions while
healthy people can buy cigarettes at the front.
4. Only in America......do people order double cheeseburgers, large
fries, and a diet coke.
5. Only in America......do banks leave both doors open and then chain
the pens to the counters.
6. Only in America......do we leave cars worth thousands of dollars in
the driveway and put our useless junk in the garage.
7. Only in America......do we use answering machines to screen calls
and then have call waiting so we won't miss a call from someone we
didn't want to talk to in the first place.
8. Only in America......do we buy hot dogs in packages of ten and buns
in packages of eight.
9. Only in America......do we use the word 'politics' to describe the
process so well: 'Poli' in Latin meaning 'many' and 'tics' meaning
'bloodsucking creatures'.
10. Only in America......do they have drive-up ATMs with Braille
lettering. Some people say that they have braille so a blind person can
walk up to the ATM. Is it wise for a blind person to walk up to a
DRIVE-UP ATM.

Never questioned anything about the way that you were raised
Keep your life so plain, everything the same
Every sunday take your kids to church just like your folks did
Don't let them complain and never go insane
You're scared of the changind world round you
But you know what to do
[chorus]
So lock your doors and shut the blinds
Cause you know that the freaks are coming
Cover your ears and close your eyes
Cause you know that the freaks are coming
Dont let your kids be hypnotized
By the way of the world that you live in
So lock your doors and close your mind
So the freaks can't get in
Bleeding questions all the time wondering about this life
Show them the christian way, keep them nice and safe
Public school is not for you, theres too much sex and drug abuse
It's a scary place, those people have no chance
You're scared of the changind world round you
But you know what to do
[chorus]
Look away you'll be fine, don't let the evil of this world in your mind
Try to stay in the light
These freaks are wrong and you know you're that right
Look away you'll be fine, don't let the evil of this world in your mind
Try to stay in the light
Thses freaks are wrong and you know you're that right
So lock your doors and shut the blinds
Cause you know that the freaks are coming
Cover your ears and close your eyes
Cause you know that the freaks are coming
Dont let your kids be hypnotized
By the way of the world that you live in
Lock your doors and close your mind
Lock your doors and close your mind
Lock your doors and close your mind
So the freaks can't get in
