KDE 4.0 for Windows

Since KDE 4.0 is released, the Windows port is currently underway along with the Mac OS X version. When I read the review that it is more efficient and more solid, I was overjoyed. I couldn't wait to get my hands on the Windows version.
But sadly, KDE for Windows is the most bloated alternative desktop in the world. Why? Based on current snapshot, it's whooping 600MB in size! At first, I thought it would be nice to use a better and more efficient desktop, but KDE is absolutely not one of them. I wouldn't put it on my list any more. And I bet the documentation is a so-so, like it was in all of its previous versions.
Bottomline, KDE is less efficient than the original Windows desktop. If you have high-end PC with lots of RAM and harddisk space and wouldn't care to sacrifice a little speed for the sake of bells and whistles, then go for it. Though I think most people would end up uninstalling it and go back to the original Windows desktop in the end.
