FUTURE VET

boring school? - not at all!

my school bag (unfortunately my favorite badge "PEOPLE AGAINST RACISM" which is in the middle is too shiny and you can´t actually see it)

sometimes, an idea comes to your mind and you just have to put it down on the paper...who cares that the piece of paper is actually a copy of some Biologycal experience...it was there so I used it...

cheese :D

SAY CHEESE!
Laughter LivesThis post is part of "Laughter Lives! Tuesday" on the Riggs Family Blog. Check our their blog to read everyone else's "Laughter Lives!" posts.
there´s no particular topic, this week...I should just post something what´s gonna make you laugh....difficult task....
here are few of my favorite funny pictures ...enjoy!

ROAD ACCIDENT!

and another "GATE" ACCIDENT !
(you know this picture, I´m using it quite often, but I like it so much...from the very first moment when I saw that gate I knw I´ll have to take a picture on it :D

country of the leprechauns (PART 2)

this is the view from my window ... please don´t think it´s been so sunny all the time...I´ve counted the days and I found out that there was only one week of nice warm sunny days during the whole summer :ko: Today I´d like to show you a little bit more nature - so just few more pictures of the countyside :
tall hedges, surrounding each and every road in the country were covered with wild blackberries and raspberries, fern, giant pink flowers and all kinds of green fast-growing stuff...
and best of all was that each and every of those narrow roads hidden in the shadow of green (2m) high walls was supposed to be a "two line traffic"road...if you put this together with evident madness of irish drivers, and the fact that majority of them have big jeeps, or other kind of huge terrain vehicles, it´s mirracle how many of them survive till the evening...
and instead of this all, you have never met nicer drivers, in your life. They wave at you, smile and nod with their heads, they wait patiently when you have to stop the traffic (not that there would be so many cars in there ) because the herd of cattle is crossing...the only road accident I have spotted there was this cute bus crash... (only kids can come up with such a great idea - bus crashed in the stairs handrail)

journey through the country of the leprechauns..... (PART 1)

finally, I decided to tell you more about my mysterious last summer, spent in one of the most beautyful countries on the world, with four little angels, leprechauns, fairies, shamrocks and much more...you just have to keep reading to find out...
first of all I have to say that my four little angels have wonderful family.
From the first moment on the airport when I´ve met their mom, I knew I love them all.I´ll tell you about them later...
first picture was made nearby one of the farms - my favorite one BTW...
can you see the gate? - right under the fairy tale tree? - it was my favorite gate - there was an electric wire behind it...and I used to look through that gate every time when I went by on the bicycle...there was a junction next to the farm...
and if you continued up the road (with the gate at your right side) you would walk up the hill - surrounded by high green trees all the time...and there would be another junction and a graveyard in front of you. it was abowe the road level and you had to use little old stairs to get there...the ground was hilly there, with lots of shallow holes overgrown with long grass.. It´s leaves dryed by very rare sun light were giving the place an incredibly magical scent...I have never met anybody there but it was one of the most calm places and I could say almost saint...
on the other side of the road (against the graveyard stairs) thera was an arrow pointing to CROOKSTOWN like this:
I went there on bike as well...and if you continued walking down to the willage you would pass next to the most wonderful museum I have ever visited! in one small room there was full history from the stone age to 21st century...all nicely labeled and explained, owned by one very kind gentleman ready to help and answer your questions

I believe in..

one God, the Father, the ALMIGHTY...

only saying those words makes me feel comfident so why should I worry? why should I cry and doubt?...He is here, always with me... that´s all I need to know ...

RATATOUILLE

I´m not Remi, but my ratatouille looks pretty good..I´ll provide photo later - now it´s still in the owen P:
yummy Sunday family lunch - first I´ve done on my own (since I can remember :D )

what is art?

, ,

ART is when you do something ordinary,
something that just comes naturally,
when you don´t even think about it
but the others stand amazed
with their mouths wide open,
staring at your creation in disbelief...

change is good

My HIGH of this week (there were many as every time..) is that I found the best way how to try my new set of oil paints - I just have to get some cheap pair of jeans and be creative ! (thanks for the idea Dan! )...I´ve also decided I´ll have my hair cut and I will try to smile more every day...and I will try to be better daughter/sister/friend to all my beloved...simple decisions about changing your life can make (not only )your week nicer so what are you waiting for? CHANGE IS GOOD!
and if there is something what could make your beloved happier- something what could cheer them up - do it!
it doesn´t matter that you will look like a fool or that you would never do it in your life...if it makes them happy, don´t think just DO IT - be spontaneous :D
this is me wearing square paper glasses (I´ve made on my own) just because my four little angels from the land of leprechauns wanted me to do so...

MY LOW of this week (it´s hard to fing one as every time) was that I really felt ill this morning and so I stayed at home this allowed me to sleep till 13:35 p.m. (it´s not so bad ) but it also kept me away from school and from having a cup of hot chocolate (or strawberry milk shake in my case) with my friend...and I realised than not everyone around me sees my actions and my behaviour from the same point of view as I do, so I promissed to myself I will try to please the others more...

I did NOT steal those shorts !!!

, ,

it´s not my fault that this little mischievous garden gnome stole my favorite shorts when I´ve put them on the fence to dry...I had to get some really fast because the sunny day was coming and I couldn´t wear my thick work-trousers on sunny day!
and so I was wandering around the garden and I saw this one hanging on the spider´s web extended across the smallest window I have ever seen and through this window I saw that little gnom, wearing MY favorite shorts (which were full length pants for him of course) and so I yelled at him:
"what the h*ll are doing?!these are mine!"
and at the very same moment I felt sorry for saying that...his little round eyes filled with tears and he burst out crying.

"I had no idea you will need these wonderful pants, I though they were too short for you !"
 ...I had to explain, slowly (for not to scary him) and carefuly (to make him understand )that they were meant to be short...by the time when I finished my explanation the sun was up on the highest spot on the sky and I could feel the heat on my back...
"so will you please give them back?" -another tear shaking in the corner of his eye - "what if I give you mine old pants instead?" - and he handed me the most amazing pink-green-square patterned shorts I have ever seen...sure I´ve accepted them!!!and now you see- they suit me , don´t they? :D

creepy night ride...

, ,

YESTERDAY-this was really scary (in the very worst way) night ride ...
people you should all buy helmets right now!!! ...what happened? - nothing...actually everything was great...but it could have been even better if everybody had helmet.
Real snow-lovers DO wear them , because we love snow and riding a way too much to loose it just because of some stupid fall...but some of the skiers/snowboarders/whoever on the mountain don´t appreciate this precious gift which was given to us,...life, snow, joy,...isn´t that enough to wake them up and make them wear helmets?!?!
yesterday I could count on the fingers how many people had helmets and that scared me a lot.
remember - PROFESSIONALS ARE WEARING HELMETS - you should too...

...

TODAY - I´m having "cereal night" - a bowl of cold milk with TESCO cornflakes with honey and nuts...it´s delicious and the bee on the box it darn cute

it´s another Thursday !!!!! :o

This post is part of "Hi/Lo Thursday" on the Riggs Family Blog. Check out their blog to read everyone else's "Hi/Lo" posts and for a chance to win $100.

ok...so how should I start? - at first I´m not quite ready to write this post because I didn´t notice it´s another Thursday already! time is flying by...
which one do you want to head first? - the bed news or good news? - which one would you choose?
I usually pick the bad one first...so here it is...

LOW...LOWER...theLOWESTthing this week was the fact I didn´t have enough time to write my bro...I know that´s not the end of the world, but I felt really miserable about it...then I remembered all those problemes and "lows" people are having every day and... no I didn´t feel better because the other have more difficult tasks to do...actually I felt like praying.
Again - as last week- I guess thet this is not real "low" because it made me stop and think and talk to the most important Person in my life. And He listened to me. There´s nothing on the whole world what people woud need more then having someone who would listen. Don´t you sometimes feel like sitting at the end of one very long bench and there´s noone sitting next to you, but you are trying to sit at the very end and make some place from an unknown friend who would sit down and listen...

HIGH...HIGHER...the HIGHEST
moment of my week (so far) was the while when people listened to me and the fact thet you are now reading thise lines makes my week flying even higher.
and I also enjoyed the moment when I poured myself a cup of hot cinnamon tea (today at school)
...it´s always like that... a cup of hot tea or someone listening to your ideas or a friend ...can do the job ...and every problem seems to disappear...I only wish it worked for all the problems and conflicts on the world...whouldn´t it be nice to discuss and resolve all the wars while enjoying a cup of tea?

just one poem I´ve written for my brother...

,

...he thinks it´s good enough to share with the whole world so here it is...

Don´t cry dear brother,
you have to smile.
Look at the world
all yours and mine.

I´d hold your hand,
but now I really can´t,
´cause mine are full,
filled with love
I´ll bring to you.

I´m carrying it
all the way,
I´ll never let it fly away,
but just hang on,
stop for a while...

I´ll put my heart down,
down on the ground,
to free my hands
and I´ll hold you tight.

I´d walk on the sea,
I´d learn how to fly,
just to meet you, bro,
one very happy night.

and we would sit down,
watching Northern lights
seeing His grace
falling from the sky.

highlight of my week :)

HIGH
oh my... oh my... there are too many good things happening every day...which one should I choose? :o:
what about all those friends who keep going with me every day? or maybe the free lesson when we cut the hair of our classmate (see below) or all the nice e-mails from my bro which helps me to wake up in the morning or my sis who never stops making life crazy (in the very best way )...I went snowboarding with my daddy (one of the nicest moments was the journey back home when I was trying to make him understand reffrain in one English song) ...
no nothing could ever be as wonderful as this:
Aleksey
Grab This Button
ALEKSEY has a family!!!! -when I found out about this I nearly started to cry. just imagine waking up in the morning, checking your post and then here it is!!! he has a family!!! this is probably the HIGH of this whole year, not only a week!!!

LOW
there´s something gonna happen (I can´t tell you what because it´s supposed to be a surprise - and it will be terrific surprise if it works out) but I won´t be there because there´s whole ocean and bit of land which separates me from that place .... but as I think about it it= s not a "low" at all because it´s just a way too amazing.
yes you are right, my week was fantastic - al my whole life...I only wish I could share some of my happiness with the whole world...

not only financial crisis !!!

I´ll tell you what we´ve done yesterday - this will be an description and a little bit of dramatization...

me: oh my goodness this is awful day..I´m falling asleep...what will we do?
Martin: "Road vehicle" is a unit driven on wheels and used for transportation of people
and/or cargo. Equivalent to the road vehicles are the trams and the self propelled machines
when driving on the roads."

(background noises: shhhhh object...shhhhss....motion....force...shhh...= Physics lesson )

so we decided to cut Martin´s hair...and finally he agreed...
I wasn´t able to think about anything else for the rest of the lesson.

here´s the caption of our action:
