James Clarke, PT, is a longtime Rockville, Maryland, physical therapist who has maintained a community-focused practice since the early 1990s. A cum laude graduate of Howard University’s physical therapy program, he gained additional training with the University of Maryland Medical System and Union Memorial Hospital’s Raymond Curtis Hand Center. James Clarke, PT, is particularly known for his experience in undertaking complex hand rehabilitation treatments.In addition to his Rockville practice, Mr. Clarke leads Montgomery County locations in Kensington and Damascus.
