also quit dairy, but forgot the date... wow, so much better

i think the combination of a truly vegan diet AND sleeping on a hard floor mat, the kind they use under weight benches, 4x6', 1/2" thick, firm but spongy (lol, what a word), has given my back a new lease on life... I have scoliosis, and lately the thing has been popping back into place, piece by piece... still a long way to go, but wow, what a difference; sometimes it is too intense (in a good way) and I have to lay down and ride it out... but usually it just hurts the same as ever, alot

Why I choose the Opera browser

it is not chrome or IE, and sometimes firefox cheeses me off ... i like to run 2 different browsers, one for streaming rt.com, or youtube, the other for browsing, less hiccups; opera IS better, but I still like firefox alot, and am open source proponent, so...
