The July 3rd fire works were too busy. We had great lawn seating behind the Calatrava sculpture on the lakefront. They had two launch pads one was atop the roof of the 42 story bank building. the little fireworks above the buildinglooked like a candleflame, champagne bubles and butterflie. it was a good effect. But you had to keep turning your head from the little display to the main display. The main dsiplay was marred by a lack of patterning and it was too busy. The famous cresecendo were stupendous however. There were three duringhte program and the finale ended in a burst of red light which was unique.
