The Very (Dis) Honourables

Hi guys & gals, John Andrews here just to say that I am publishing this because I thought it deserved to be

James on Google +

The other day, I posted this comment on Lorna Byrne’s blog – she has ignored me, so I will post it in this way. You may wish to have a read of her blog, just here : Lorna's blog

Hi Lorna, I had to share your blog because I believe it's very important that I be given an opportunity to put my side across, which Ronny Mousse (aka Main twitter voice of The Honourables) has sought to quell - Here it is:

I have worked VERY hard for The Honourables, yet at no time has Ron been prepared to say what others have accomplished. Why is this?

I will tell you of some of my activities, & offer some comments about Ronny himself, in which you will see that I am fair, open & upfront, which are very much things he seems to struggle with, & for this there is a wealth of evidence which I will not go into here. But it can easily be produced nevertheless

Firstly, I wrote the specific blog which I believe you enjoyed, just here : Hillsborough - A Wider View

It was I who first tweeted you that article, & took no credit for doing so at the time, because I did my work at TH with no self-interest, but Ron has clearly exploited this to get you to block me on twitter.

Next, it was I who had a conversation with Alyson Rudd of The Times, after which she subsequently sent me an article to publish for the blog, in which she references a family friend being saved at Hillsborough by one of The 96 who died. That phrase of Alyson's brings a lump to my throat, & of course I was thrilled that I managed to strike up a conversation with her - Why does Ronny ignore this? Anyone who'd like to contact Alyson about this can do so here : Alyson Rudd, The Times; I am fairly sure Alyson has her own blog too, which I cannot find presently

The most recent member to join TH was Lynne Fox, although I am very interested to know what she thinks of the current situation, or even whether she actually knows the truth! Why? Because again, it was me who first contacted Lynne about becoming a member, & it was also very important to me because she is a family member of one of The 96, Steve Fox, who died at Hillsborough. She once made a lovely comment to me about TH, to the effect that she would be working with us, which obviously also made me very happy. She is also a publishing professional, so it was very clear what an asset she would be to TH. Her "Open Letter" to David Duckenfield on the blog is inspirational & very moving, so I was very confident about the impact that Lynne would have within the group. I wonder what has happened since Ronny has behaved so despicably? Please tell us "Ron", it would be VERY enlightening. [EDIT] I Can now confirm that according to personal messages I've received from Lynne, that she has completely withdrawn from TH, & told "Ronny Mousse" what she thinks of him. Is he now prepared to share this with us? Over to you "Ronny" Here is a link to Lynne's superb website : Lynne Fox Photography

These are some of the recent events that my work for TH has accomplished Lorna, I hope you don't mind me mentioning them to you. I only do so because Ron has tried cutting me off completely, & is now also debasing #JFT96 , which is the ONLY reason I became a member of the group, to fight abuse regarding sporting tragedies, especially Hillsborough & to educate people as much as possible in the Campaign for Justice.

A few words about Ronny Mousse as promised now : Ron is absolutely superb at collecting electronic evidence & for creating reasoned argument, as to why any abuse regarding tragedy is so wrong. This is why he was such an asset to The Honourables, because individuals who just wouldn't retract & apologise for their abusive behaviour find it virtually impossible to remove themselves from the scene, by trying to "hide".

He can write very well too, and educate people about the REAL events behind tragedies like Hillsborough, Munich & Heysel. This is no doubt why folk have responded so positively to his articles.

However, he has recently completely debased the discussion of #JFT96 , which is because as I believe, that he is a divisive, self-serving liar, who cannot bring himself to recognise the accomplishments of others. He was regularly making negative comments about other members of the group, & I was the guy who was trying to ensure that we all stick together, focusing on the positives. I believed this to be the only way to succeed.

That he also would use #JFT96 to actually smear & slander my reputation to followers of TH, really tells you something about him.

There were even members of the group that didn't even know that "Ron" (a pseudonym) was actually Simon, but what's worse, is that he NEVER shared his real name with anyone (Simon being ANOTHER pseudonym), although everybody else did so .. what could he possibly have to hide, from a group united under a banner of "Honour"?

I do hope you'll read this Lorna & of course anyone else. If so, tell me what you really think, that would be appreciated

haha, nice try ... Before removing this comment as spam, I'll respond with two questions:

i) Who is "Phillipe" & is he "formally" representing Art Labs in this request? Obviously this is critical to your position.

ii) I request that Phillipe provides evidence of his interest in the logo to which you refer, as I have been authorised by an interested party to use it.

Many thanks wink smile

Dear John,

I own the copyright to the logo, hence my interest in you using it. As long as you provide evidence that The Art Labs gave you permission to use it - no case.

Critical to your position is providing raw or psd files of the logo with your electronic signature on them. However, since I know you do not have them, it will not be possible.

I would happily wait until the logo is taken down but honestly, I think you were given enough time.

You can request anything, formally, in writing if you like.

We will be happy to assist.

In the meantime, you have been reported to Opera for breaching copyright.

Yours artfully,

Phillipe

You have provided no evidence whatsoever that you have a legal representation in this case, I have "been reported to Opera" .., hmm, sounds like someone a friend of mine had dealings with previously. He told me that someone would try to threaten "copyright", so I thought "It's a good idea to use it then"

Until you prove who "Phillipe" is, and that he has a legal representation to make in behalf of "The Art Labs", and that "you" have copyright to the logo, it will remain where it is.

Thank you
