About me

I am married and have a son at University. I am lucky to be retired and have time to do volunteer work, gardening, cooking, fishing, photography and enjoy my family. My avocation is playing guitar. My current collection contains an acoustic six string, two acoustic-electric six strings, and an electric six string. Right now I am working on blues and developing more fluid scales and solos but I play a lot of different kinds of music.

My work

I have been a teacher of middle and high school, a public school principal, and a university professor. My first academic love is biology but I like all of the sciences and I have a special place in my heart for literature too. I have worked extensively in my University with the preparation of teachers and administrators for public schools.
