Inspired by idea of urban exploration we visited really interesting object, almost in the middle of Warsaw - old gas plant. Below some pictures of it and also few tests of HDR software.

Spring has (almost) arrived!

And again it took long to write something, but there it is - short trip to woodland near Warsaw. It was really nice to see all that plants and insects not biting me... at lest for now.

And finally the last day was quite uncommon for that time in Poland, it was snowing for hours and our way back was much longer than normally.

New Year trip Martinique - Tobago Cays

This year I realized there are better things to do than staying at home during winter time. So I enjoyed great feeling of summer days on Caribbean islands, and it was one of the best New Year's Eve ever!

Winter walk...

it has been quite a long time I wrote something here... I guess it's because there is not so much happening last time wink

So just a short update, that my blog wont be totally forgotten - few pictures from winter walk in a forest nearby Warsaw last weekend:

Who Let the Dogs Out?

There he is - my dog, called Dante (and it is not after the famous writer...). He belongs to race of polish hunting dogs, but for now it is more like fury ball full of energy and will of exploration:

Dubrovnik (april 2010)

, , , ...

Dubrovnik is very beautiful place in southern Croatia - main reason to visit it was very spontaneous, and strongly connected with actual offer of cheap flights from Warsaw. First impression was like "wow, so many stairs!"

But after few hours it was really tiring for someone, who lives in such a flat area as middle Poland. Otherwise the views from hills around Dubrovnik are superb and no doubt worth of daily hiking experience. Also the Lokrum island located few kilometers from Dubrovnik was great place.

All people we have met there were very friendly, bringing us the idea to visit Croatia again. The only disturbing thing was food served in restaurants. The best was... pizza. Local specialties like cheese dipped in oil or seafood risotto were totally disappointing. Well it doesn't taste better as it looks wink
