Todays headlines on our newspapers says 'Flu is here'. That is like 2 months after the outbreak in Mexico. This is really bad news for PNG as there is a serious lack of facilities and resources to combart what might be an outbreak. Tracking of those that have been in close contact with the infected is a huge task. I just hope people in the right places do their best.
My recent read on the net mentions that most casualties from the swine flu have actually had some respiratory problems.(How true, I don't know). This is a concern to me as I have two in my family who are asthmatic. There is also a mention in the daily's that vaccine is available in private hospitals.

Today, I am struggling to have the confidence to press "send" on my email to my supervisor to consider addtional benefits to be given to me.
I thought about the idea 12 months ago, drafted the email 3days ago and am yet to send it.

On my way home yesterday afternoon, I looked up into the nearby mountains and noticed that I could not see that far despite my glasses. Then I recalled that at another instance too, my son tried to point out to me what he was looking at also in the mountains. I realised that despite man's inventions to make life easier, nothing can come near to what God has created. Everything He done is of great perfection.

Quotations by certain persons, I assume are subject to comments, either way, for or against. I thought that starting a blog with daily quotations off my desk calender is the way to go. It would be nice to hear/read your thoughts and more nicer to keep them very nice:)
