Creating a project from scratch is difficult. Coding is the fun part. I hope to get things started this weekend: tonight, tomorrow and Sunday. Having a program to work on continuously is really important to me. At least I have a Java prototype of what I want to create. The thing is that I have been assigned to a C# project. Look at it from the positive side, it is a programming task. Close enough to what Java is.
