Jim Caprioli at The Finland Station

I did some work on the answer I got from silverfish. The thing is that I expected to find a set of 16 2*2 matrices as at least one of the 2 dimensional characters. In my second reply I explained that I was on top of the answer all along. Finding homomorphisms to D2*4 and Q8 shouldn't have been very difficult. I was however looking for an isomorphism. I still haven't found a set of 16 matrices representing Z4x|Z4 though... I have learned a lot from this exercise, that's for sure. I'll attack some more groups later on, it's fun.
