Conversation with Sam

Sam is with Jim in his car. They are driving from a new place around few blocks from where Sam works from lunch. They were caught up in a conversation about a certain group of people not saying certain things to certain individuals in a certain way in a certain situation. Certainly, Sam thinks they should have made themselves heard, but Jim does not realize the need for them to have done so.
"I'm telling ya, Jimmy. People deserve to be heard. They have mouths, they have their mouths, right!" continued Sam
"Understandably, I believe they had a very good reason not to do something about it as much as talking is concern." Jimmy had uttered casually. "Jim, when you are an individual you have to respect yourself and be established, appreciate who you are. Don't let people tell you what you don't want to hear. If they do, talk back, tell them to stop the nonsense you're not interested..."
"Yeah, but..." Jim interrupted. "Wait Jimmy, you wanna know what the real problem with those people is?" Sam re-interrupted with a question. Without waiting for Jim's answer he continued: "...they don't have a voice. They're castrated, they're stupid and they're dumb!" Sam said loudly but concealling a hint of contempt. Jim turned to look at him with a slight disbelieve and "Castrated?" he asked. "Yeah, castrated, stupid and dumb!" without hesitation Sam had answered.
"Just because people didn't talk, they're stupid, dumb and castrated?" Jim wondered in confusion. "Yeah. They show they don't have an opinion, that they are recessive and without any ground. Now what's that? Stupidity and castration!" Sam finished.
