The Journey

Been quite for a while trying to figure out this life
Looking to where am going with anticipation and hope
Mastering the lesson that ave learn from my past
Knowing that a better day still awaits in this journey

Sometimes i wonder why it took me this long
To reach this place that i am right now
Searching deep within for answers that few can answer
Longing for the craving within to be satisfied

And through it all ave learn to let go
Of the hurts,pain,failure, loses and disappointments
Dealing with the arrows that have pierced my heart
And left an open wound that craves for sympathy

And this i know that when all is said and done
When the desert season and valley journey has ended
I will stand tall, against all odds i will stand
And declared truly the Lord is on my side
