OP, can you do us all a favor? Check the first few pages for a cover credit. A lot of textbooks state where the picture is from or who took it, and I'd really like any info that might shed light on how this happened. Did the publisher buy the photo from a lazy stock photography firm? Did some editor find this online and think no one would notice? Where did they even get this photo in this size and resolution?
