Evaluate the Child's Age
Another aspect to consider when choosing children's party entertainers will be your child's age. Younger kids won't mind having clowns around, so no worries truth be told there. Just make sure your clowns aren't scary -- you recognize how some people are with clowns!
It's often better to offer something unexpected and unfamiliar when it comes to entertainment. Kids may such as quieter, more mature, and more creative kids entertainers, which include face painters, balloon painters, comedians, and magicians. Even themed pony shows are great ways to keep the kids occupied throughout the party.
What's Your financial allowance?
There will almost allways be entertainers out there which charge ridiculously cheap premiums, and it's tempting to use such entertainers when you're with limited funds. But remember the saying "you get genital herpes virus treatments pay for" and a first birthday or a 5th birthday only gets famous once, why risk the memories hiring a cheap kids party entertainer (newbie, less experienced performers). It's a tremendous amount better to shell out slightly extra money for the assurance of working with the case professional entertainers.
Examine Their Background
Here's one last tip to consider -- when choosing kids party entertainers, check their background. How long have they been in business? What are most people saying about them? Any kind of places on the Internet where people have left feedback about them? (Trace: log on to Facebook and then determine if they have a fan page.)
Also, don't hesitate to telephone them up. When talking to them, trust your gut - do you feel like you are able to trust them? Would you be comfortable having these entertainers around your kids?
Here's an additional benefit tip: If you're in Australia, check if the entertainer contains a Working With Children Cops Check (WWCC) card. Also, check if these people carry public liability. They're just, after all, running a company - make sure they're 100% respectable! While things almost never fail at a kid's gathering, it's always better to work with a team of entertainers who ? re passionate enough about their profession to cover all the bases!
.
There are a number of items to consider when booking an entertainer. Much like any independent business, there is a variation in the quality from one entertainer to another. Some are wonderful, some are good and some are perhaps not around the standard you'd expect.
So how can you know which is which?
The proof is in the pudding. (yum!)
Any children's entertainer worth his salt aren't going to be the cheapest entertainer on the market. Yes, there are some entertainers who charge?? 130 for a two hour party and the price might sound excellent. However, you should pay close attention to why he values their show so cheaply?
Will anyone recommend them?
For those who have found an entertainer not by personal recommendation, it is best to ask the entertainer when he/she has references and testimonials from parents, educational institutions, nurseries etc.
Be skeptical of testimonials on an entertainers website once they appear to have been authored by the website owner - Make the most of video testimonials and unbiased review sites to prove mine are genuine not written by me. children's party entertainers, children's entertainers, children's parties
