Very good article. Special thanks for no. 1 All for free. It seems that nobody else indicated it among Top 10 while it means so much for everyone. I remember times when a simple phone call was a matter of a "decision" (because of cost and looong waiting for connection by an operator). Now communication can be free and at one click distance.
