Here are some home remedies for high blood pressure. These home remedies are natural, and improve your overall health.
1. Triphala will benefit heart patients. It is a combination of three of Alma fruit, and Hared bahera. Soak a teaspoon of triphala powder in water overnight, filtered, and drinking water in the morning every day.
2. Take four leaves of holy basil, and two neem leaves two to four tablespoons of water on an empty stomach for a week. This will help reducing high blood pressure.
3. Contains Amla, apple, lemon, papaya, watermelon, carrot, onion, garlic, tomatoes and vegetables in your diet. Indian gooseberry (Amla) taken together with milk on a daily basis will help to lower blood pressure.
4. Keep in once a week or 15 days. This will help normalize the digestive system, but if you feel weak and tired, fasting should not be be.
5. Banana, leeches, mango, orange, pomegranate, coconut, pineapple, grapes and raisins are good for heart health, but guava, jackfruit tamarind and damage to the heart.
6. Take wheat and chickpea flour as much and eat CHAPATTI made of this flour.
7. Radish leaves, turmeric, cabbage, pumpkin, carrot, tomato, bitter gourd, spinach, cucumber, mint and cilantro are good the patient's heart.
8. Cauliflower, urinal, lady finger, and mustard greens are harmful to the heart. Mustard is a less fiber, and more proteins, so the heart has to work harder to increase blood flow to digest these plates, to put pressure on the heart.
9. Contact isabgul and puddings. Characterized satisfied after taking 1-2 teaspoon isabgul into the curds, which increases the fiber content diet.
10. Do not drink water in between meals. This makes it difficult of digestion.
