Opera's Refreshing POV on Employee Blogs

I was just now blown completely out of my chair and across the room by this [Opera] Employee Blogging Policy. When you think of all the people in ~~the U.S.~~ North America who've been fired because of their blogs, this is indeed a refreshing point of view. It's also a great example of a company ASSUMING that its employees have some modicum of common sense. Just amazing.
