A few words on healthy diet

I really recommend you to try drinking about 8 glasses of water daily. Many nutritionists will also advise you to do so, however for slightly different reasons than me. Drinking eight glasses of water every day allows you to feel less hungry. For example, when I am at work, I drink 4 cups in the morning and 4 cups in the evening. However, on some days when I fail to drink as much water I feel more hungry. Another interesting thing is that when I don’t drink enough water I tend to become drowsy much earlier. Do not be afraid and try to drink 8 glasses of water each day. I do this the following way: I have a pint glass I keep at work (it contains sixteen ouncesof water). All I do is simply drinking 2 pints of water in the morning and another two in the afternoon. Try it and you won't regret!

Some thoughts on keeping healthy

I'd like to share some of my thoughts on how I try to keep a helthy lifestyle. Hopefully, you can find here something that you can adopt in your dialy routine.

First of all it is important to exercise everyday. I know that very often you won't be able to go to the gym as frequently as 3 times a week, but you should have enough time to try a quick 10 minute walk. What I usually do is parking my car a few minutes away from my workplace. Believe me, you won't even notice the difference. When I go shopping I also choose not to pay unnecessary parking fee so I can park right by the shopping mall. Instead I park five minutes away which allows me not only to do some basic exercise but also lets me save some money. Another important feature is the porper time management. You should focus not only on making your day filled with work and duties. The balanced time planning involves some time for doing absolutely nothing. To put it simply, always try to plan at least some time for youreself.
