I really recommend you to try drinking about 8 glasses of water daily. Many nutritionists will also advise you to do so, however for slightly different reasons than me. Drinking eight glasses of water every day allows you to feel less hungry. For example, when I am at work, I drink 4 cups in the morning and 4 cups in the evening. However, on some days when I fail to drink as much water I feel more hungry. Another interesting thing is that when I don’t drink enough water I tend to become drowsy much earlier. Do not be afraid and try to drink 8 glasses of water each day. I do this the following way: I have a pint glass I keep at work (it contains sixteen ouncesof water). All I do is simply drinking 2 pints of water in the morning and another two in the afternoon. Try it and you won't regret!
