freezing display

I am having problems with my display when i'm playing game on my computer after 30min playing time
the display is freezing and the only way to recover it is to restart my PC:(
my video card is geforce 5700 i have try many ways to fix it but i didn't have any luck:cry: , so could somebody give me any help please
