About me

A guy who's life has recently taken a major turn-- from full time, performing musician and guitar tutor to full-time web developer & Linux web server administrator.

I have a passion for learning IT, and programming, and in general, just being "on-top-of" IT stuff-- in general, i guess you could say "I want to know how to do it myself, so that I can either implement technology into my own development projects, or so that i might teach and help others with their own projects".

My work

I am still a performing musician, although the balance of time which goes to music has scaled down greatly over the past year in favor of a career focus on technology and web development. because i spent about 8 years as a performing musician-- essentially 8 post-college years, this is a difficult epoch for me because it's nearly like emerging from a second, or 'phase-two' adolescence. indeed, difficult, yet exciting at the same time-- i'm just trying to follow my dreams, and so far, it's been working!
