Talking about ICT4D and Opera

Today I'll give a talk about ICT4D in my University for a course titled "Technology Cooperation for Development. The main topics will be:
- OpenSource
- CTIC and W3C related activities
- Opera and its mobile solutions, and some comments about the State of the Mobile Web. So this could be considered my first talk as Campus Crew member
