Additional benefits expected from this project will be a result of the climate controlled environment which will mean no outdoor event will ever be canceled. This makes sports enthusiasts very happy, and those who have or want to schedule events such as outdoor weddings, family reunions or other special occasions can set the date with confidence that it will not be rained out. Weather predictions will only be needed for travel outside the dome. With controlled weather the decrease in automotive accidents will save insurance companies many billions of dollars in damage claims.

Exposed infrastructure collects and radiates extreme amounts of heat, and by having the dome in place, it is expected the results will cause noticeable decreases in global warming. Polar ice caps will return to normal and endangered species will flourish taking them off of the endangered list.

With an ever increasing world population, this project serves as the first of many massive renovations of over crowding that will stop cities from growing out and start growing up. The result of which well provide a thriving and prosperous outcome for the environment and all life forms. This offers to be the first in its category for redirecting previous ideas of expansion and instead will create better use of available land.
