My OperaPreparations before Starting the Rotary Drum Dryer

Before starting the rotary drum dyer, there are rotary drum dryer needed to be done to make sure the safe, stable and high efficient operation of the drum dryer:
(1). Check whether there is obstacle or sundries in the production area or around the rotary drum dryer equipment.
(2). Check the speed reducer, the gear wheel and pinion’s oil level of the drying machine (shown on the oil pointer), and lrotary drum dryerthe grease cup of each bearing needs to be lubricated.
(3). Check whether the connection bolts, and the foundation bolts are flexible and make them tight.
(4). Check the contact condition between the drum dryer riding wheel and the belting leather (the contact ratio should be 70%), and the catch wheel and the riding wheel should slightly contact with each other.
(5). Check the sealing condition (the discharging manhole door to be closed with fine sealing, charging sealing be fine, air lock valve is flexible with fine air lock effect).
(6). Check the hot blast heater; make preparation of the firewood and the diesel to light.
(7). Check the pulverized coal bunker to make sure there is pulverized coal, and the amount is enough.
