The fast lrotary dryer , is also known as suspending dryer. The main part of the drum dryer is a fixed horizontal metal shell, with refractory bricks in the shell. The lower part is installed with one or two revolving axles of several agitating vanes. In working , the revolving axles rotates with the speed of 250r/min, the agitating vanes will throw the material above and keep it in the suspended state so that the material is fully contacted with hot air of high temperature, make heat exchange and is dried. This type of drum dryer often belongs to the downstream drum dryer.

The most important feature of suspension dryer is: the drum dryer is of high drying thermal efficiency, and simple structure. But it can only be used for drying granular materials, the materials greater than 30mm or powder, adhesive and other materials are unfit for using this kind of drum dryer. In addition, the rotary dryer parts wear fast, more serious dust, and the operation, maintenance is not easy. So there is currently little use of fast drying machine.
