The flash rotary dryer is like the ring type and it is also know as ring dryer. This flash rotary dryer grinds, dries, conveys and produces heat all in one system that handles any material that can be entrained, but won't stick to the duct work during drying.

Because it exposes the material to heat for only a few seconds, the flash rotary dryer gives you a cooler product with accurate moisture content and no wet spots. And because the flash rotary dryer recirculates 50% of the heated drying air, you save on fuel costs.

Airless rotary dryer
The new Bailing airless rotary dryer features superheated steam at atmospheric pressure as the drying medium. This innovative drying system is notable for dramatic reductions in air pollution and process odors with higher product quality.

The airless rotary dryer does not require odor control equipment. Moisture from the product is condensed, while non-condensables are ducted to the burners. Because superheated steam, not air, is used for drying, the risk of fire is greatly reduced and oxidation-sensitive products are of higher quality.
