Deal with the pain

Pain is with us throughout our lives, at almost every step of the way.
You learn how to walk - you get bruised.
You fall in love - you get bruised.
You get ill - ...
Pain - being it either physical or psychological - is there for a reason.
To highlight, that something is not right.
To show you that something is damaged.
Pain is healthy - in healthy people.
It helps you control danger.
You hold your arm next to an open fire - and thanks to pain you'll learn it wasn't a good idea...
But what do you do when the pain is chronic?
When it doesn't make sense?
When every doctor you see claims you're OK - but the pain comes back time after time?
How do you deal with that?
You learn how to walk - you get bruised.
You fall in love - you get bruised.
You get ill - ...
Pain - being it either physical or psychological - is there for a reason.
To highlight, that something is not right.
To show you that something is damaged.
Pain is healthy - in healthy people.
It helps you control danger.
You hold your arm next to an open fire - and thanks to pain you'll learn it wasn't a good idea...
But what do you do when the pain is chronic?
When it doesn't make sense?
When every doctor you see claims you're OK - but the pain comes back time after time?
How do you deal with that?

. . as for mental and psychological pain theres stuff like hypnosis, psychologists of various backgrounds and approaches to help cure ones problems . .
. . of course this all seems easier said than done but worth a try . .
. . if your willing then you could try some of the 'miracle workers who are gifted with incurables . .
