life after 2 loses?

I have always wanted to be a student of the game, football that is, but alas I am a passionate and loyal fan with little to no knowledge of the "x's & "o's". That being said, it is quite obvious to me that the play calling for longhorns lost yesterday was of no surprise. i mean even I knew what plays were going to be called, which made me feel like good that i have gained some knowledge of the game, but the big downside to that is the Snoper knew all to well, and since his knowledge of the "x's & "o's" is well beyond mine,he called a great game plan.
But the real question is" a la what came first the chicken or the egg" - are the longhorns,[the chicken] offensively a talented team hampered by elementary offensive play calling[the egg]? or
is the play calling dictated by the skill level of it's team? Since I never have figured out the chicken or egg question, then it is no surprise that i conclude the problem with Texas is it is a little of chicken and a little bit of egg.
The great expectation for this years team was really based not on what we have now with this team, but what we had for the past 10 years. As much as I try to minimize my rational thought process fueled by my passions as a fan, I still hope and think we still have life after 2 loses. Since the level of expectations has gone from BCS Bowl Bound to the expectation of a third lost, that is the perfect recipe for a resurrection of mortal proportion, that the best of the play calling, and the best of the talent of this team to come together and give life to the hope of Great Expectations!
