The rain comes, the first rain of this fall, in this mid-small city. Im's not too much in the mood for it though. I live to the outskirt of the city. I'm not a urban man, but a suburban nobody.
Since last summer I first came to this university to work, more than a year has passed by. The only thing that consoles me much is the apartment , big apartment the government just given to me. It used to belong to the president of the economics school, and it's 7 years old. The former owner is said to charge me 7000 RMB for the decoration- old decoration, and some furnitures in that apartment. I need to negotiate with him, and to bargain.
I need to read more books, written in original English. Some of them in electronic forms, others hardcopy. I need to improve my specialty. It's been long time since I last efforted to improve myself academically. What a pity!
