L&W is pleased to announce that the Nationwide Insurance team of companies’ have recently joined the continually growing list of L & W clients who are using their proprietary system, Case Manager, to manage their investigations with L&W. “The claims team at Nationwide will now have everything right at their fingertips that they need quick access to while managing their cases, from video to recorded statements, and so on” (Neal Lyons CEO/Chairman L&W Investigations).
L&W presented Case Manager to Nationwide claims adjusters in their Ohio office outlining the benefits their unique system provides to support their clients needs as well as their quality of services. L&W also trained Nationwide adjusters on how to make their investigations more cost effective. L&W will be working with all divisions of Nationwide.
