L&W Investigations is pleased to announce a 21% gain in September in franchisee invoicing revenues. This gain follows on the heals of its second largest month, where in August 2010 they experienced an 18% increase. “We are quite fortunate to be able to say that we are not feeling the impact of the recession in our franchise offices across the U.S., Puerto Rico and the Hawaiian Islands. We are thrilled to be beating the current economic climate out there today” (Neal Lyons CEO/Chairman L&W Investigations).
L&W attributes the growth being experienced by its franchisees to an increase in clients most recently including; Nationwide, THI Victoria, Titan, Harleysville, and the expansion of its case work with McDonald's to also include all Liability claims. The continued growth of case work with such clients as McDonald’s (Workers Comp claims), Allstate and Travelers is another big piece of this equation. “We have put extensive effort into training our offices and developing a team atmosphere here at L&W. There is no Franchisor/Franchisee mentality at L&W. We are a team working together everyday toward a mutual goal – building our business” (Lyons said). L&W is even more optimistic about next month as their open case backlog for October is the best it has been all year. L&W expects to continue this growth, in spite of the economy. L&W credits its substantial growth to its franchisees’ and corporate team working hand- in-hand. “Clients are coming to L&W because our message is compelling and refreshing in our industry” (Lyons).
