Neal Lyons, CEO of L&W Investigations recently visited the McDonald’s world headquarters in Illinois to train members of the legal staff and Workers Compensation Department on enhancements made to the Case Manager system. “L&W has written custom reports for McDonald’s to make their investigative process move more efficiently, and more effectively. Working with the professionals at McDonald’s is truly inspiring and it is easy to see why they are the leader in food service today,” (Neal Lyons, CEO/Chairman L&W Investigations).
Neal Lyons conducted the training and is arranging for all McDonald’s insurance defense law firms to connect with its’ Case Manager system. McDonald’s has over 180 attorneys throughout the U.S. L&W’s system provides McDonald’s with the ability to securely send all video and recorded statements to any attorney or medical provider, electronically, paperless, and most importantly, securely and instantly. Clients no longer need to wait for all parties involved in a claim to receive copies of evidence. With Case Manager, everyone involved can watch and review the video simultaneously. L&W continues to build its relationship with McDonald’s and looks forward to working together to provide whatever is needed to improve on the investigation process.
