ince 1972, several co-workers/military SEABEE's at CBC Port Hueneme, CA and PMTC Point Mugu, CA began stalking, pursuing, violating in every possible way my family and I. This group with GAIL HOUCK, EDYTH LYNN, RED AND RUTHIE RUSSELL began commiting horrific crimes. Edyth Lynn lived on DEWAYNE IN CAMARILLO, CA across the street from my aunt GAIL BROWN HOUCK whom along with her husband JIM HOUCK walked into FOSTERS FREEZE (805) 486-6105. 411 W Pleasant Valley Rd · Oxnard, CA. In 1972 Jim Houck walked into Fosters Freeze and applied for a job, he was hired as a cook for a few weeks until the owner an elderly gentleman and his wife disappeared. The Hoouck's JIm, Gail, Roderick and Richard moved into the owners Camarillo, CA DeWayne residence and began to claim Jim was the son of the missing owner. Once in the residence the HOucks realized the murder victim owned Fosters Freeze franchises in several cities in California including Valencia, CA where the Houcks moved to avoid local classmates, etc recognizing the group as Jim and Gail Brown "HOUCK" grew up in Port Hueneme, CA and graduated from HUENEME HIGH SCHOOL. The Houcks moved back to Camarillo, CA after several years.

Gail Houck has had several close calls including an appointment for a victim whose identity Gail was using..1978 a dermatologist DR CARSON IN OXNARD, CA ....made many many attempts to reach the victim (whose name I do not know) regarding lab results. Gail made many attempts to shun Dr Carson office by claiming she was fine, cancelling the appointments, claiming she had a NEW dermatologist, she didn;t need Dr Carson anylonger and Dr Carson WAS ADAMANT THE PATIENT MUST BE SEEN. Gail Brown/Houck spoke with Lucille Sue Brown Mother, brother DAVID BRUCE BROWN and sisters Barbara Baldwin, Joyce Dr, Port Hueneme, ca, Mary Clay Carpenteria, CA it was decided that DR CARSON would not "go away" or "take no for an answer" so Gail kept the appointment "if you are going to do this you better be prepared" so at the appointment Gail describes how Dr Carson searched her body and the checked the chart repeatedly, with great concern on his face left the room and returned with a nurse at which point the two pelted Gail with questions and Gail gathered that her victim was under Carsons care for many years and Carson knew something was wrong but did not know what to do about it. Ilater made an appointment and mentioned the details Gail gave me at which time Carson noted the name Gail Houck/Brown I gave Lucille Brown's address and the nurse told me it was reported but nothing could be done as Gail insists she is the victim and no one knows what happened to the victim. I suspect the victim may have owned VIOLA CAFE AND HAD TIES TO PIERPONT INN VENTURA, CA as Roderick Houck has resided in VIOLA owners home since 1985 when the owner/murder victim "took a vacation" and never returned.
Houck also lived for a short titme in the owners CYPRESS POINT LN, VENTURA, CA condo.
Late 1970's ATTORNEY LEHMAN AND GIRLFRIEND CHARLOTTE of VNETURA, CA were murdered unsolved of course, the night the couple was murdered DEBBIE BLOOM-BROWN AND DAVID BRUCE BROWN borrowed my 1968 powder blue VW bug, purchased used in 1977 at Masterson Motors used cars on Thompson Blvd, Ventura, CA Bud was the salesman a member of FRIENDS CHURCH VENTURA, CA. Mark Leffler also attended Friends Chruch and was a salesman for Masterson Motors Porche Audi which collapsed when Leffler and Bud began stealing money and extorting money from the owners by posing as IRS agents and demanding payment of back taxes "or else you have to had us the keys to your business". Apparently it worked like a charm as Master Motors no longer exists. Rsy Leffler at the pulpit one Sunday laughed about a "good friend and financial supporter" whom committed suicide just this past week and "I wanna stop fer a moment and give my respects" Ray Leffler looked up and began to shake then burst out in laughter, at that point Randy Leffler, Debbie Frye, Julie Simone, Lisa Leffler, Elsie Alexander chidded the group then laughed herself; I was told he was a real card and would not be offended at their laughter.
