She stared at him rather quizically. If she's not mistaken, this boy's hair color yesterday had been originally black...

"Haneul-sshi, can I walk you home after class? And do you mind if I become friends with you?" he asked her straight forward.

Haneul didn't reply, and instead took a step back and was about to leave when Taemin snatched her wrist to prevent her from doing it.

The enthusiastic boy then walked nearer to her, "Come on, Haneul-sshi. With you being the Pink Pearl Mermaid Princess of the North Pacific Ocean, and me, your knight and protector Lee Taemin, must always be by your side! You know that with your status, your life is always in danger and that's where I come in!"

Her green eyes widened at that. 'W-what? Mermaid princess? Knight? Protect? What is he talking about?' she paused for a moment before glancing at the brown-haired boy in front of her. 'And how does he know that I'm a... Mermaid?'

Her hand reached up to grasp the pink clam pendant she was wearing.
