This on is dedicated to the callers that curse like sailors. You know nothing quite gets me to tune out a caller like a lot of cursing. I don't get mad or warn them unless I can achieve no forward momentum. Other than that I don't care at all really, so there you have it. Also if they start to disrespect me that goes a long way towards usage of the hold button. I preffer to out them on hold over getting mad and sometimes it works others it doesn't. If it doesn't then more drastic measures are obviously needed. But and now getting to the point are those that are just evil and beligerant. They tend to say things like "I'll stay on the phone as long as it takes to fix it". More amussing are those that want to repeatedly speak to a department that doesn't take calls, after I told them. To top it off add the can't speak English at all and you have unsurpased levels of stupidity. Well it doesn't get much worse than that, oh wait it does. Its funny when they tell you howto do you're job or even howto fix the problem. There is one thing better that's when they say the server is not secure, when its cisp certified, meaning it is secure. No one ever listens to the tech they just assume and keep trying to crap on you, even when you tell them to knock it off. Its just life I suppose, yeah it is just that. Like the never ending spectucle I may never run out of material for this. Some just don't know better, others just are stuck on stupid. I sit I answer I enjoy or hate it.
