Chapter 6: Hindu Nuclear Weapons Doctrine

(i) Threats to India
INDIA IS HERBIVOROUS LAND POWER: Nuclear India is a geopolitical Elephant Land Power facing the joint threat of geopolitical Eagle-Crocodile Air cum Sea Power United States and expansionist Islamic Fundamentalism. As a land power India will exercise its nuclear deterrent, against the Western Sea Powers and hostile aircraft carriers from entering Bay of Bengal and Arabian Sea during conflict. Revolutions in precision guided missiles allow the land powers to sink aircraft carriers so that carrier based flying Eagles may not attack herbivorous land powers. As a preponderant land-power, Nuclear India will not exercise nuclear deterrent against Pakistan. Indian nuclear doctrine relies on the neutron bomb arsenal to depopulate any Islamic nation that may dare to attack India with nuclear weapons. Neutron bombs would be effective in depopulating the Islamic lands without causing long-term destructive radioactive contamination. Neutron bombs kill enemy soldiers without destroying buildings and agricultural lands. Geopolitical herbivorous Elephant will use neutron bombs to depopulate carnivorous powers that dare to attack India with nuclear weapons. Many limited nuclear wars will take place during the twenty-first century. Indian Nuclear doctrine plans for the survivability after the limited nuclear war. Peace in the twenty-first century will depend upon the capability for the survivability and depopulation of the nuclear aggressor after the limited nuclear wars.
TEXT OF INDIA’S NUCLEAR DOCTRINE: India believes in the Mutual Assured Destruction doctrine. India will not be the first to initiate a nuclear strike, but will respond with punitive retaliation should deterrence fail. India shall pursue a doctrine of Credible Minimum Nuclear Deterrence. Indian doctrine advocates retaliation only response, and rules out preemptive strikes. India warns Pakistan that any threat of use of nuclear weapons against India shall involve measures to counter the threat. India will not resort to the use or threat of use of nuclear weapons against states, which do not possess nuclear weapons, or are not aligned with nuclear weapon powers.
HINDU-ISLAMIC NUCLEAR WEAPONS: The deployment of nuclear weapons by Hindu India and Muslim Pakistan has reestablished the global balance of power of world civilizations. Distribute the nuclear weapons more evenly distributed among the world civilizations. Six major civilizations of the world now possess nuclear weapons, namely Protestant United States and Britain, Catholic France, Orthodox Russia, Buddhist China, Hindu India and Muslim Pakistan. Protestant United States, Protestant Britain, Catholic France, Orthodox Russia, Buddhist China, Hindu India, and Islamic Pakistan have nuclear weapons. The Protestant, Catholic, Orthodox, Buddhist, Hindu, and Islamic civilizations have deployed nuclear weapons. White Christians can no longer annihilate Hindu and Islamic civilizations in the third world war, as Hindu India and Muslim Pakistan also possess nuclear weapons. Nuclear weapon armed civilizations can not be annihilated in wars. Nuclear deterrent deters preemptive nuclear strikes.
DILEMMA OF PAKISTAN’S ISLAMIC A-BOMB: The common Aryan heritage, culture, language, and food habits bind the people of India and Pakistan. India and Pakistan are part of the same civilization and culture. India and Pakistan would be allies in the Age of Civilizational Wars. Pakistan pretends to belong to a different civilization than India, otherwise it cannot justify the partition of India in 1947. The Western Christendom transferred nuclear weapons technology to incite a nuclear war between two neighboring nations, to promote the civilizational interests of the Western Christendom. Indo-Pakistan war does not promote any civilizational interests of the Islamic civilization. The problem of Indian nuclear weapon doctrine is to develop a credible deterrent against Pakistan. Due to sibling rivalry, the doctrine of mutual assured destruction would fail to deter Pakistan’s preemptive nuclear strikes against India. India should threaten Pakistan that in case of a nuclear strike, India would depopulate Pakistan. India should promise never to launch pre-emptive strikes against Pakistan. Never use nuclear weapons in the intra-civilization wars. Use nuclear weapons to deter inter-Civilizational wars. India and Pakistan belong to the common Mughal civilization.
USE OF NUCLEAR BOMB IS A WAR CRIME: Indian Nuclear Weapon Doctrine declares that any first use of nuclear weapons is a War Crime. Ban the use of nuclear weapons by an International treaty. A similar ban is currently in force on the use of Biological, Bacteriological and Chemical weapons. United States opposes the ban on the use of nuclear weapons, because realizes that the White Race has lost the military edge in conventional warfare, after the humiliating defeats in the Vietnam War and the Afghanistan War. United States used Atom Bombs against Japan and the United States would most likely use the nuclear weapons in the next World War, simply because it just cannot win any major war by means of conventional weapons. The real problem of the 21st Century is to tame the Super Power United States, from exercising its nuclear option against non-nuclear nations.
ILLEGAL TRANSFERS OF NUCLEAR TECHNOLOGY: The United States is threatening the world balance of power, by allowing the illegal transfers of sensitive military technologies to China. United States transferred sensitive satellite, missile technology, avionics, and super computers to China to bring Chinese nuclear arsenals at par with that of the United States and Russia. Chinese satellite and missile programs had begun to fall in the beginning of 1996, then president Bill Clinton authorized the illegal transfer of sensitive ICBM launch and tracking technology to China, presumably to incite Chinese invasions of Siberia. United States permitted the theft of Uranium Enrichment Plant by Pakistan. United States is responsible for the Islamic Bomb. Chinese Army owns more than 1,000 large foreign joint ventures. PLA can access any sensitive American technology at will. China spent a few million dollars in campaign donations to the Democratic and Republican Party’s candidates in the United States. It resulted in free transfers of sensitive American technology to China. These sensitive technologies are worth more than 100 billion dollars.
CHINESE MISSILES FOR PAKISTAN: China transferred to Pakistan many (some say 15) ready to use long range IRBM Missiles capable of carrying nuclear warheads, in exchange for Uranium Enrichment Technology. Had the CIA learnt about the impending Indian Nuclear Tests, then it would have informed Pakistan, and incited it to launch a nuclear attack against India with Chinese approval. The main goal of Indian Nuclear Weapons Doctrine is to deter Pakistani nuclear strikes against India, as Pakistan has refused to sign a No First Use pact with India. Doctrine of Mutual Assured Destruction would fail to deter Pakistan’s preemptive Islamic nuclear strikes against India.
DEPOPULATION OF NUCLEAR AGGRESSOR: Theory of Nuclear Armageddon and Mutual Assured Destruction fails to deter the fanatic terrorist Nations. Indian Nuclear Doctrine states that in case of any Pakistani/Islamic preemptive nuclear strike against India, India would use conventional weapons to occupy Pakistan. India would then impose mandatory execution of aggressor’s entire male population. India would then permanently occupy aggressor’s lands, resources, and women.
DEPOPULATION DOCTRINE AND WAR CRIMES; Indian Nuclear doctrine shall incorporate the Doctrine of Depopulation of the Nuclear Aggressor (DNA) as a part of the Indian Military Manuals. Indian Army would require an organized command structure for carrying out the mandatory execution of the entire male population of the Nuclear Aggressor that undertook the preemptive nuclear strikes against India. We should pass necessary, Parliamentary legislation to protect the soldiers, who would carry out the mandatory execution of male populations, against the violation of Laws of War, such as War Crimes.
Doctrine of Credible Minimum Nuclear Deterrent
INDIA ADOPTS MUTUAL ASSURED DESTRUCTION: India will not be the fist to initiate a nuclear strike, but will respond with punitive retaliation should deterrence fail. India shall pursue a doctrine of credible minimum nuclear deterrence. In this policy of retaliation only, the survivability of Indian arsenal is critical. Any threat of use of nuclear weapons against India shall involve measures to counter the threat. Any nuclear attack on India and its forces shall result in punitive retaliation with nuclear weapons to inflict damage unacceptable to the aggressor. India will not be the first to initiate a nuclear strike, but will respond with punitive retaliation should deterrence fail. India’s nuclear forces and their command and control organized for very high survivability against surprise attacks and for rapid punitive response. India’s nuclear forces designed and deployed to ensure survival against a first strike, and to endure repetitive attrition attempts. It has adequate retaliatory capabilities for a punishing strike, which would be unacceptable to the aggressor. Any adversary will know that India can and will retaliate with sufficient nuclear weapons to inflict destruction and punishment that the aggressor will find unacceptable, if nuclear weapons are used against India and its forces.

DOCTRINE OF BIG BOMBS: The MAD Doctrine was based on the premises that when nuclear powers have big bombs than any nuclear exchange will result in the nuclear holocaust. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, United States has been advocating the use of tactical nuclear weapons and neutron bombs. Indian nuclear doctrine cannot depend upon the nuclear deterrent of MAD Doctrine against United States as India lacks the second strike retaliatory capability. India can deter the preemptive nuclear strikes from United States by proving that it can cause human casualty of over one million by using tactical nuclear weapons against white European Christians. India need not attack against United States to deter the US nuclear strikes. India can also deter US strikes by threatening nuclear strikes against Australia, New Zealand, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
VIRUS OF ISLAMIC BOMB: Christian World introduced the Virus of Islamic Pakistani Atom Bomb to keep Pagan Hindu India down, just as the Europeans in the past had introduced Plague Virus to eliminate Native Americans. Islamic Bomb cannot destroy Hindu Civilization, on the contrary, Pakistan’s Atom Bomb signals the downfall of Christian and Judaic Civilization. Brown India would be immune to Islamic nuclear barbarism, just as Europeans had developed immunity to Plague while it was lethal to Red Indians. Would brown Asians destroy each other by nuclear weapons, or would India and Pakistan unite like United Europe to demand their place under the Sun?
PAKISTAN PLANNED A NUCLEAR STRIKE AGAINST INDIA: How should India retaliate if fanatic irresponsible nations misuse a nuclear weapon? Pakistani Foreign Minister Gohar Ayub Khan declared during June 1998 as follows. Pakistan now has nuclear superiority over India, in terms of weaponry and its command and control system. If war broke out between India and Pakistan, India would surrender within an hour. In case of nuclear conflict Pakistan would be in a better position to absorb, an attack because Pakistan has more scattered population than India, which by comparison has cities that are more populous. After nuclear tests conducted by India and Pakistan, Islamabad had emerged stronger than Delhi. What should be India’s response to similar Pakistani nuclear threats to India?
NUCLEAR DOCTRINE IS AN INSTRUMENT OF POLICY: Nuclear Weapon is different from military weapons. Use Nuclear Weapons as an instrument of Diplomacy. Atom Bomb is an Instrument of Foreign Policy, provided a clear-cut Nuclear Weapons Doctrine is in place. Without a clear and well-defined Nuclear Weapons Doctrine and Nuclear War Strategy, nuclear weapons would fail as an effective Instrument of Foreign Policy.
Nuclear Dilemmas:
PROXY STRIKES AGAINST INDIA: The first dilemma is that adversaries may use a proxy to launch preemptive nuclear strikes to escape nuclear retaliation. India believes that the Doctrine of Mutual Assured Destruction (MAD) would not provide credible Nuclear Deterrent in the Terrorist Age. MAD Doctrine could not answer questions of China and the United States transferring Nuclear Weapons to Pakistan. Indian Nuclear doctrine should advocate that the nuclear victim of a preemptive nuclear strike would also retaliate against the nuclear powers providing Missiles and Nuclear Weapons to the Nuclear Aggressor. India will not allow the United States or China to use Pakistan as a Proxy to launch nuclear strikes against India.
NUKES AGAINST TERRORISTS: The MAD Doctrine has a basic flaw that, only when it promotes massive retaliation that it can be effective. The second dilemma is that if for nuclear intransigence, the nuclear Armageddon is the only response available, then responsible Nuclear Powers would hesitate to retaliate against the preemptive strikes by terrorist and fanatic States. Nuclear Weapons would become impotent if the only retaliation possible were the Nuclear Armageddon. Should Indian Nuclear Weapons Doctrine advocate a limited usage of Nuclear Nukes against terrorist Nations? The answer should be, No.
NUKES NOT ALLOWED IN LAND WARS: The Nuclear threshold level should not be lowered, otherwise who would deter the frequent use of nuclear weapons by (P-5) nations. It is the third dilemma. Otherwise the Super Powers could be tempted to use nuclear Nukes to avert their defeats in conventional wars, such as American defeat in the Vietnam War and Soviet Union/ Russia’s defeat in the Afghanistan War. Laws of Wars should never allow the use of Nuclear Nukes in conventional Wars. The United States threatened the use of Atom Bombs, first time during the Korean War. The second time United States threatened the use of nuclear weapons was during the Vietnam War. The third time, the nuclear deterrent was exercised was during the Indo-Pakistan War of 1971, by President Nixon. If the nuclear threshold lowers, then it makes the use of tactical nuclear weapons more likely. Then the United States President will go berserk and start using nuclear weapons against all kinds of threats. It could accidentally lead to A nuclear Armageddon. The use of tactical nuclear weapons should not become a game for the US President. The United States could become the greatest threat to world peace by its cavalier use of Nuclear Nukes. That is why, the threshold level of nuclear nukes should not be lowered. Indian Nuclear Weapons Doctrine advocates a nuclear retaliation for any use of Nuclear Nukes in any Land War.
NUCLEAR NUKES ALLOWED IN SEA-WAR: Nevertheless, European Naval Doctrine accepts that Nuclear Torpedoes could be used in a Naval War at High Seas, without causing nuclear retaliation. Indian Nuclear doctrine states that India could use Nuclear Torpedoes and Nukes to deter hostile Naval Fleets and air craft carriers. India would use nuclear torpedoes to sink the hostile naval fleets, if NATO and US Naval fleets were to invade Indian coastlands in the Bay of Bengal and the Arabian Sea. Rather than allowing the Seventh Fleet and aircraft Carriers to bomb Indian coastal metropolises, it would be prudent to sink the hostile naval fleets by the judicious use of nuclear nukes at the high seas. Nuclear torpedoes allow a Land Powers to deter the naval invasion of Maritime Sea Powers. Nuclear missiles and nuclear torpedoes have made aircraft carriers highly vulnerable.
DEPOPULATION OF NUCLEAR AGGRESSOR: It is the fourth dilemma. How would Victim Nation retaliate by conventional war to annihilate the terrorist Nuclear State, after the aggressor had launched a preemptive nuclear strike, as the victim would be in a very bad shape? Rather than retaliating at nuclear level, it is more humane if conventional weapons inflict total annihilation of the Nuclear Aggressor. In retaliation to a preemptive nuclear strike, the retaliation by conventional weapons could also be effective in depopulating the Nuclear Aggressor. An Armageddon by conventional weapons is definitely preferable to a nuclear Armageddon. Any nuclear attack against aggressor nations would also contaminate the lands and the river system, threatening the food production. It would be a legitimate Right of the Victim State to use conventional weapons to occupy all the Lands and Resources of the Nuclear Aggressor to resettle its population displaced by nuclear strike. The Adult Male Population of the Nuclear Aggressor would cease to live. The retaliation by DNA doctrine will not harm its Women, Lands and Resources. The displaced residents of the Victim Nation will use these. One should prefer the annihilation of the Nuclear Aggressor, by non-nuclear weapons. Everyone would prefer a Non-Nuclear Armageddon to a Nuclear Armageddon, if one had the choice. The acronym of this nuclear doctrine the Doctrine of Depopulation of Nuclear Aggressor is DNA Doctrine.
Nuclear Nukes in Sea War:
NUCLEAR TORPEDOES ALLOWED AGAINST FLEETS: The fifth dilemma of the nuclear doctrine, is that during Colonial era Europe, Sea Powers conquered the world by the aggressive use of their deep Sea Navies. Land Powers were helpless to face the onslaught of hostile Navy. Nuclear weapons enable the land powers can now face the fury of hostile Naval Fleets and Sea Powers. Nuclear Torpedoes would sink aircraft Carriers and large Fleets in a highly cost effective manner. Scarce defense dollars should better be spent on nuclear torpedoes rather than on vulnerable aircraft carriers. President Nixon dispatched during 1971 Indo-Pakistan War, the Seventh Fleet to the Bay of Bengal. In future Nuclear India would draw a line in the Indian Ocean, warning the hostile Naval Fleets not to cross northward of 10 degree Latitudes toward in Arabian Sea or Bay of Bengal, during the times of hostilities. India cannot allow hostile Naval Fleets and aircraft carriers to enter Indian territorial waters unopposed. India should use nuclear torpedoes against invading naval aircraft carriers while they are at the high seas; otherwise, Indian cannot use the nuclear deterrent. Failure to do so would make India at the mercy of the hostile Naval Fleets, if they enter the territorial waters of India. India’s use of Nuclear Torpedoes to sink hostile Fleet in Bay of Bengal would not lead to a nuclear conflagration. Nuclear Torpedoes and Nukes are used against Naval targets at High Seas during War, without causing nuclear retaliation.
DEVELOP SLBM: We must study the Doctrine of Mutual Assured Destruction, acronym MAD Doctrine. We should evaluate whether MAD Doctrine would provide a credible Deterrent against any Pakistani preemptive nuclear strike against India. Unless India develops the Second Strike Capability, the MAD Doctrine would fail to deter a Chinese or Pakistani preemptive nuclear strikes against India. Deploying Submarines Launched Ballistic Missiles (SLBMs), provides the second Strike capability as they are likely to escape destruction in a preemptive nuclear strike.
DEVELOP SECOND STRIKE CAPABILITY: Doctrine of Peaceful Nuclear Explosion (PNE) which foreswore Indian nuclear weapons made India a target of preemptive nuclear strikes by China and Pakistan. Nuclear powers could launch a preemptive nuclear strike against a new nuclear power, before it develops and deploys its nuclear arsenal. India should embark upon a program of the development, induction, and deployment of nuclear weapons and delivery system. So long as Indian nuclear arsenal remains less than 500 deployable, nuclear weapons, India would remain vulnerable to preemptive nuclear strikes. Any delay in the deployment of nuclear weapons by Indian Army, Air Force and Navy would increase the dangers of a preemptive nuclear strike. So long as India lacks Second Strike capability, it would be a target of preemptive nuclear attack.
NUCLEAR DETERRENT DETERS DIRECT ATTACK: Doctrine Mutual Assured Destruction provided a stable nuclear Deterrent between USA and Russia and a nuclear war free twentieth Century. Chinese Nuclear arsenal deterred the United States from expanding Vietnam War by bombing mainland of China, even when America suffered a humiliating defeat. Cambodia lacked nuclear weapons so the United States invaded Buddhist Cambodia with impunity, even when USA was sure to lose the Vietnam War. Because India lacked nuclear weapons, the United States sent Seventh Fleet to Bay of Bengal during 1971 Indo-Pak War. The United States had threatened to use nuclear weapons against India had India continued to liberate Kashmir after Pakistan’s defeat. The United States though humiliatingly defeated in the Vietnam War was willing to use the nuclear weapons against India, is a lesson India should never forget. India should diplomatically threaten nuclear retaliation; if ever the United States threatens a nuclear attack on India again as it did in 1971. Had Yugoslavia deployed nuclear weapons under Marshal Tito in early 1960s, then NATO would neither have invaded Yugoslavia nor partitioned it.
DECLARE RETALIATION IN ADVANCE: Indian Nuclear Weapons Doctrine should declare in advance the threshold level, when the military use of nuclear weapons would replace the diplomatic use of nuclear weapons. India should draw clear lines in the sand so that the adversaries would know when to withdraw. The fundamental tenet of Nuclear Strategy is that every Nuclear power seeks to realize its political goals, by making a diplomatic use of its nuclear capability, without ever militarily using the nuclear weapons. Nuclear Deterrent is effective only when nuclear weapons are never used.
INDIAN NUCLEAR DETERRENT AGAINST NATO: Indian Nuclear Weapons Doctrine declares that in the event of an NATO invasion of India, India would use nuclear weapons against European metropolises on the very first day of the NATO air strikes. Indian nuclear doctrine declares that it would use nuclear torpedoes and missiles tipped with nuclear nukes to sink the hostile aircraft carriers and naval fleets. Enemy carrier battle groups that cross north of 10 degree Latitudes in the Arabian Sea or the Bay of Bengal after the outbreak of the hostilities, will be fired on, and sunk.
NO SUICIDE FOR HOMO SAPIENS: A rattlesnake is highly poisonous and can kill by a single bite. Nevertheless, two rattlesnakes fight to death and die. Nevertheless, no rattlesnake would ever inject poison into other during a duel even if it would die during the fight. On the other hand, pigeon is very peaceful harmless bird, which out of fear closes its eyes in the presence of a danger; thus, some cats catch them easily. Nevertheless, two pigeons fight to death. Homo Sapiens specie is more similar to the specie of rattlesnakes not that of pigeons. The Homo Sapiens specie will protect the human civilization from nuclear Holocaust like poisonous rattlesnakes, even when one of the Nuclear Weapon States loses a conventional war. Rattlesnakes even in a deadly duel will never poison each other, even if they die in the duel. Are Homo Sapiens like pigeons docile to enemies, but fight to death with a member of its own specie? Both the United States and Russia have proved they are deadly like rattlesnakes and Homo Sapiens sense of self-preservation would save the world from A nuclear Armageddon. There is no reason to doubt that both Pakistan and India would take care not to annihilate their common South Asian Homeland.

SECOND STRIKE CAPABILITY: John Foster Dulles developed the Doctrine of Mutual Assured Destruction, acronym M.A.D. Doctrine. M.A.D. Doctrine states that no nuclear weapon power would undertake a preemptive nuclear strike against any other nuclear weapon power, if other nuclear power had the Second strike retaliatory capability to annihilate the Aggressor. The Second Strike Capability means the capacity to inflict total annihilation of the Aggressor, by means of the nuclear weapons that would survive the first nuclear strike of the Aggressor.
Peace of Retaliation
RETALIATION PROMOTES PEACE: The United States would deter any first preemptive nuclear strike by Russia on American targets, with the threat of retaliatory nuclear strikes against the Soviet/Russian targets. It means, the United States can deter the Russia from making any preemptive strike against United States, if Russia knew, that the United States will then retaliate with the nuclear weapons that will survive the preemptive Russian strikes, to destroy the Russia in return. Submarine-based SLBM is the backbone of the Second Strike Capability. Similarly, United States reassures Russia that the United States will not undertake any preemptive nuclear strike against the Russia, because the United States realizes that the Russia possesses the Second Strike capability to destroy the USA by retaliatory strikes.
HITLER’S ATOM BOMB PROJECT: Hitler embarked upon the Nuclear Weapon development Program, but he did not realize that the Nuclear weapons could change the nature of war. Had he realized the strategic nature of nuclear weapons, he would have delayed the war by few years to perfect the nuclear weapons. Had Hitler waited few more years before starting the Second World War until Germany developed the Nuclear weapons and Missiles, then Hitler would have won the War. Most of the scientists that developed Atom Bomb and Missiles in USA and USSR were German and many of them Jews. Could White, Christian, Aryan Hitler drop Atom Bombs on Britain and USA? If only Hitler had waited five more years and deployed Atom Bombs before launching the World War Two, then the result of the War could have been different.

Russian Bomb
SOVIET BOMB: Initially United States was the sole Nuclear Weapon Power. Russian spies stole the Atom Bomb technology from the United States and Soviet Union became the Second Nuclear Weapon Power of the World. A nuclear world became Bipolar. The Soviet Union accepted the Doctrine of Mutual Assured Destruction.

BRITISH BOMB: The United States transferred nuclear weapon technology and nuclear weapons to Britain. Britain joined as the third member of the Nuclear Weapons Power Club. Nuclear World remained Bipolar even when Britain joined the Nuclear Weapons Club, as British nuclear arsenal was much smaller. WHITE NUCLEAR POWERS: While all nuclear adversaries the USA, Russia, Britain and France were White and Christian, the Doctrine of Mutual Assured Destruction (MAD) worked and the world escaped a nuclear catastrophe. United States and the Soviet Union had been Allies in the First and Second World Wars. Both had been part of the Christian Judaic traditions. Four (4) of current six (6) Nuclear Weapon powers are White, Christian and of European descent. Four (4) White Christian nuclear powers represent the White World and the Christian World that are around 25% of the world population. China represents the Yellow world and India represents the Brown and Hindu world. China became nuclear in 1964, India in 1974. Pakistan has joined as the Seventh member of the Nuclear Club in 1998. Pakistan represents the Islamic world in the Nuclear Club.

FRENCH A-BOMB: France independently exploded nuclear weapons and joined the P-5 Nuclear Club as the Fourth Nuclear Weapon power. France refused to join NATO and asserted independent status. France lacks the image of a Great Power due to its dismal military performance during the First and Second World Wars. France had never been a great power, except under Napoleon Bonaparte. France could never get recognition as a military power, as it has lost every major war. Nuclear weapons helped develop a sexier image of France but failed to add any military aura to France. Nuclear France is not a great military power. The world remained Bipolar. The world with four Nuclear Powers was safer than it was with two Nuclear Powers. France is a legitimate and responsible Nuclear Weapon Power. France has accepted the M.A.D. Doctrine.
CHINESE A-BOMB: China joined the exclusive P-5 Nuclear Club of Four as the Fifth member of the Nuclear Club. China is the first non-White, non-European, non-Christian and a Yellow member of the Nuclear Weapons Power Club. China represents the Yellow World and around 20% population of the world. China has a population of more than 1.2 billion. Nuclear China as the representative of the Yellow race stabilized the nuclear order. China’s nuclear arsenal was too small to make a material difference to the USA-USSR nuclear parity, so the Nuclear World remained Bipolar. A world with five Nuclear Powers was safer than with four Nuclear Powers. China is a legitimate, responsible Nuclear Weapon Power. China accepted the M.A.D. Doctrine. China promoted nuclear proliferation by transferring missiles and nuclear technology to Pakistan and Iran.
INDIAN A-BOMB: India has joined the exclusive Nuclear Club of Five as the Sixth Nuclear Weapon Power of the world. India is a nation with a population of 950 millions. India also represents the Hindu World and represents the Brown Race. India has accepted the MAD Doctrine. India is a legitimate responsible nuclear power and had been a Nuclear Power since 1974. The world was safer with six Nuclear Powers than with five Nuclear Powers. Indian Bomb has stabilized the world order. After conducting the second series of nuclear tests, after a gap of 24 years in 1998, India could emerge as the Second Super Power of the World.
PAKISTANI A-BOMB: Pakistan joined the ranks of the Nuclear Weapon powers as the Seventh member, by conducting nuclear tests in 1998. Pakistan will not believe in the nuclear deterrent of MAD Doctrine. China supplied nuclear missiles and technology to Pakistan to become a rival to India. Pakistani Nuclear weapons have destabilized the world order. With Pakistan as the seventh member of the Nuclear Weapon Power Club, the world is no longer safe.

INDIAN A-BOMB REPRESENTS ANCIENT RELIGIONS: Indian Atom Bomb is safer as India represents the ancient Religions. India also represents the Ancient Religions of Ancient Egypt, Babylon, Greece, Incas, Maya, Aztecs etc. Armed forces of Christianity and Islam destroyed these Religions by committing massacres and genocide. Brown race and ancient religion of Goddess ISIS, Astarte and God Mithra (Sun) dominated the entire civilized world 2,000 years ago. Brown Race ruled over the entire civilized Middle East, Babylon, Egypt, North, & South America.
ISLAM IS A THREAT TO ANCIENT RELIGIONS: It was the decline of the military prowess of the Brown Race that enabled the fair skinned Semite Arabs to conquer Egypt, North America, Babylon, Canaan. Arab Muslims took away the North African lands from the Brown Races. Christian Militia during Roman Empire destroyed the Mithra (Sun) Temples that dominated the whole of Europe as late as fifth (5) Century. North America and South America was the land of Brown races. White, Christian, European invaders militarily uprooted the great civilizations of brown races. Now Brown Race has Atom Bomb of its own. India represents Brown, Black and Colored races and believers of Polytheist Religions. Indian Atom Bomb would deter any Islamic attempt to destroy the remains of the ancient Religions in the Middle East. Nuclear India should deter Christian attempts to destroy the religions of native Americans.

India represents one sixth of the world and the brown people represent around 40% of the world population. India is a civilized, responsible, legitimate Nuclear Weapon Power. The world with Hindu India as the sixth (6) Nuclear Weapon Power would be safer than the world with five Nuclear Powers. Hinduism promotes responsible behavior. Hindus have never waged wars to promote Hinduism. Hindu Nuclear power strengthens the world peace. India believes that the Doctrine of Mutual Assured Destruction (MAD) would continue to provide credible Nuclear deterrent among (P-5) Nations.
NON ALIGNED NATIONS’ PACT: India as Nuclear Bomb has made the world safer, than the world with (P-5) nuclear weapon powers, as India has a proven track record of responsibly leading the Third World in the Non Alignment Movement. India’s Nuclear Doctrine should recreate Non-Aligned Pact and protect the Third World from nuclear blackmail. If India could pull it off, then India would gain recognition as the Second Super Power. The world would remain Bipolar, the United States, and its Allies leading the White Christian world, and India leading the Non-Aligned and Non-White world.
N.A.M. IS THIRD POLE: Indian Atom Bomb would make the world safer as India is the leader of the Third Pole in the New World order. Without the Indian nuclear weapons, the Third World would not be safe. Indian leadership of the Non-Aligned Nations (NAM) helped NAM become the third pole of the New World order. India transformed the post 1945 Bipolar World into a Tripolar World, namely, American Camp, Soviet Camp and Non-Aligned World. India was the undisputed leader of the Third Pole in the New World order, from 1950 to 1962. Had Prime Minister Nehru accepted the suggestions of President Nasser and Marshall Tito to transform the Non-Aligned Movement into a Defense Bloc then the present world would have escaped the NATO invasions of Yugoslavia. India lost a historic opportunity to lead the non-White World into Non-White World Alliance. Chinese Invasion of 1962 and subsequent India’s defeat in the War undermined Non-Aligned Movement. Indian Nuclear doctrine diplomatically will use Indian nuclear weapons to create Non-White Third World Defense Pact. India’s nuclear explosions gave a sense of pride to all people of Brown, Black and Colored Races. They suddenly realized that they are not inferior to White Race anymore. India’s Brown Nuclear Bomb would eventually lead to the Union of Brown, Black and Colored Nations and unite them. Only then, they can battle for equality with White Nations.
M.A.D. DOCTRINE FAILS AGAINST PAKISTAN: Would M.A.D. Doctrine provide deterrent against Islamic Nuclear Bomb? Would the Doctrine of Mutual Assured Destruction provide a credible nuclear deterrent against Islamic Bomb? How could we trust a terrorist and fanatic Islamic nation with nuclear weapons? Should we prohibit Islamic nations from getting nuclear weapons, as Islam preaches Jihad? Could we trust any Islamic nation with an Atom Bomb? Any answer to this question would determine the response of the near nuclear power like Israel against Pakistani nuclear tests. How could Mutual Assured Destruction (MAD) Doctrines deter a Pakistani or a fanatic terrorist Islamic Nuclear Strike? The answer is No! Only Depopulation of Nuclear Aggressor Doctrine would provide a credible nuclear deterrent against fanatic, the terrorist nuclear Nation. Pakistani Islamic Nuclear Weapon could become a threat to the world, if it leads to the spread of nuclear technology among Islamic nations.
