India should defeat overtake Microsoft and lead the world in PC software using Linux or Apple or Correl as base. India should join forces with enemies of Microsoft and buy rival PC software companies such as Apple, Correl to take on Microsoft the dying ageing giant Microsoft to claim for India the domination of PC software and operating systems in the world. India must defeat and overtake Microsoft and bury the dying ageing giant into oblivion. India the new David should mobilize to shoot down and overtake Microsoft. India not Microsoft should lead the world of software operating system and PC software. (1) FIVE-WAY PARTITION OF IRAQ: Partition Iraq into five separate sovereign independent States on grounds of race and religion. Create Aryan Kurdistan, Arab Sunni Iraq, Arab Shiite Iraq and Aryan Shiite Iraq. India was partitioned in 1947, so United States should partition Iraq into four separate independent states on grounds of Shiite and Sunni religion and Arab and Aryan race. Perhaps a fifth State for Christian Iraq should also be carved out. The entire Oil and gas reserves of Iraq should become the sovereign property of the American occupying power and long-term say 50 year agreement should be arrived at that would guarantee the independent states of Iraq their fair share of Iraqi oil incomes in future. United States should guarantee to shift Iraqis of various ethnicities to shift to their respective homelands. Only Arab Sunni shall live in the areas reserved for Arab Sunni Iraq, similarly Arab Shiite shall move out to Arab Shiite Iraq and Aryan Shiite shall move out to Aryan Shiite Iraq and Kurds shall move out to Kurdistan. Perhaps India should provide troops for safe transfer of populations and India may also manage the oil and gas installations on behalf of the American occupying forces for fair distribution of oil and gas reserves. Iraq should withdraw from the membership of OPEC. Five-way partition of Iraq on grounds of Arab and Aryan races and Sunni, Shiite and Christianity religions would be a deterrent warning to Iran to mend its ways and abandon nuclear enrichment as American occupation of Iran could result into the 6-way partition of Iran on grounds of ethnicity. Iran can easily get partitioned into 6 to 8 sovereign independent countries. Iraq should be partitioned into 5 independent countries. Iran could get partitioned into 8 independent countries on ground of ethnicity and races. Neither Iraq nor Iran should continue to exist as single entities. United States should deploy Divide and Rule policy in Iraq now and also adopt divide and rule policy in Iran in near future. Should Berezovsky pay for decontamination of the aircrafts and treatment of thousands of the airline passengers that might have been infected? It would be stupid to argue that President Putin would sanction the transfer of Polonium-210 to smugglers for killing Litvinenko, because nuke smugglers would have paid these alleged killers more for Polonium-210 than Russia would pay these killers. Investigators must not rule out that Boris Berezovsky and Alexander Litvinenko might have been involved in the illicit trade in nuclear weapon components including Polonium-210. Nuke Smugglers might have focused on Polonium-210 as it can escape detection at airport customs. Boris Berezovsky has the financial clout and contacts in Russia to get its hands on nuclear weapon components such as Polonium-210. It could be possible that instead of being a target of Russian poisoning, Litvenenko might be the conduit or smuggler dealing in contraband nuclear weapon components. Litevenenko-Berezovsky might have replaced Pakistani Dr. A. Q. Khan for trading in nuclear weapon component. Berezovsky-Litvenenko might have engaged in buying nuclear components to build nuclear weapons. It is less a case of murder of a Russian ex-Spy by Russians, rather it could be the tip of the iceberg of illicit trading in Russian nuclear components by former Russian oligarchs to illicitly develop nuclear weapons. If President Vladimir Putin sanctioned the export of Polonium-210 to kill Litvinenko, then Russia should publicly hang Russian President Vladimir Putin for nuclear smuggling. Britain must not try to protect oligarchs if they traded in contraband nuclear components. Declare illicit trade in contraband nuke components war crime.
