USA, India, Japan, China and South Korea should form Organization of Petroleum Importing Countries (OPIC) to create a counter cartel to breakup and control the price of oil to profit major petroleum importing countries. OPEC Cartel like Cocaine Cartel threatens civilized world economy. Populous industrialized economies should exercise their right of self-defense to control oil-producing nations to ensure that despots of the desert lands might not imperil the rise of Asia. Every major oil-consuming industrialized nation should have implicit right to intervene politically and use covert operations to overthrow the despotic regimes of oil producing nations to establish oil-colonies in the oil-producing nations ruled by evil despotic rulers. China, the United States, Japan, South Korea and India consume nearly 45.5 percent of the world's 3.77 billion tons of oil. Hikes in the oil price are constraining their economic development. Just as rise of the West depended upon the implicit agreement of European colonial powers not to threaten the white maritime colonial empires in Americas, Africa and Asia. Similarly, United States, India, Japan, China and South Korea should legitimize the concept of petro-colonialism and work in unison to breakup OPEC and establish oil colonies in the Middle East and elsewhere.
