Very impressive business leader, Howard Schultz, founder of Starbucks Coffee (in second segment). Starbucks was the first company to offer healthcare coverage for all their part-time employees, starting back in 1992.
Starbucks already has an iTunes section, but he's saying that their wi-fi footprint will allow direct downloads into "mp3 players" in the next year or so. (Can't say if he meant iPod/iPhone or any mp3 player.)
