Ecosensitivity and its uses!

Many of us want to be eco-sensitive, but don't know how to go about it. We invariably don't have access to the right professionals, technology or the medium that has the solution.
"It doesn't make any greater or lesser financial sense than buying a regular property at the time of purchase. But in the long term you will see a major financial gain because of the energy efficiency that eco homes offer. Things like a 40% lower energy bill every month," says Chandrashekar Hariharan, CEO of Biodiversity Conservation India (BCIL).
"If you're living in an apartment, your society bills will be one-third of the regular amount. There will be greater water security in such eco-homes because of the original design orientation. A typical 1,500 sq feet home in an eco-friendly apartment can save you as much as Rs 5 lakh in five years."
