Fibromalygia and migraines

I have been living with fibromalygia since my early 30's. It is a deep tissue disorder that leaves you with constant pain in your joints. There are 11 "points" on your body that a doctor will use to aide in the diagnosis. These "points" can be so painful that you cannot stand to have them touched. But in the same instance very firm pressure and massage can ease some of the discomfort. There are few places on my body that can bring me to tears when they are being massaged. Now the topic of migraines. I don't believe there is any connection to the two but combine them on a bad day and you just want to be put out of your misery. Today is one of those days.... I'm pretty tough when it comes to pain, so when I complain it is really bad.
I think I may have arthritis in my feet and I know I do in my elbows and hips. So you can say I hurt from my head to my toes today. I have some morphine left over from when I was on chemo, but I am afraid to take it just in case I get an interview from somewhere. The vicadin, I have a running prescription.
Today is going to be a long day........
If you feel good today, enjoy some of it for me :-)
