Dieting can Change your Life

As I look at my family and everything they have gone through when it has come to what they eat in to their day to day lives I must say I think sometimes changing what they have been eating changed their lives. I say this because before me and my wife did change what they were eating they were more off the walls, they were more hyperactive and they had problems trying to function in day to day life. Also my youngest son could not walk or talk well after we changed what they all were eating that all changed my Wife and I never thought that was what was wrong with our son but after we did change it all he changed. I think about it all now and if you asked me then I would of said yeah right but now that I have seen it with my own eyes I am amazed with what I have seen. How we changed everything was bit by bit sometimes we still do cheat a bit when it comes to the food we ate. What we changed to was fish chicken and fruit and veggies that are all along with other needed things your body needs. It was interesting when we started the change of what we were eating I think all of our bodies were used to everything like the preserves that was in the foods it was like a full out drug are bodies were coming off of next see are selves adjust was interesting for sure. I was happy to see the results of everything ones we were on are way with this whole change of eating. Like I said we do cheat every few months on food we should not eat but a treat is ok sometimes but not all the time. I would like to look back on all of this and just say all of our lives were changed when we made that choice to change what we were eating. I think we are much healthier then we were when we ate all of the stuff we should not have. The truth is a lot of people eat things they should not and they never see why they should stop heart problems run high with people who do not eat well. I know I may cheat sometimes but I would never go back to eating the way I did before now. I lost 14 pounds in three weeks from eating better foods. I would recommend that everyone has a good look at their health and see where they can change what is needed.
