About me

I live in the South West of England, not far from Yeovil, in a beautiful house with my partner Oaklan and her son Ben. I was born in 1960 in London, but have spent most of my adult life living in the countryside.

In 1996 I had a large knife thrust through my body by a thug in London when I was trying to help another gentleman from being severely beaten and slashed by three young crackheads. I largely recovered from my injuries, but was left without a spleen, and this seems to have lowered my immune system to the degree that the various viruses I suffered from lead to me developing M.E. which is gradually got worse to the point where if I can get out it is in a wheelchair, but most of the time I am bedbound at home.

I am a Pagan of the Wiccan variety. I have followed Wicca for about 12 years and have developed to be able to use the rather enigmatic title of High Priest.

My work

I am not able to do great deal of work these days due to a severe disability with ME.

I am a lifelong campaigner, professional and private, on many issues including ecology and the environment, human rights and animal rights. I have specialised in the area of media communications, including TV, radio, print and the Internet.

I am also an author of two books (so far) on Wiccan Spirituality, and currently working on my third book "Advanced Wiccan Spirituality, volume 2".
