HAPPINESS IS THE MOST OFTEN CAUSE OF MOTIVATING US TO SMILE..SMILE IS ALSO A PART OF COMMUNICATING EMOTIONS..

it's true that wre using too much facial muscles when we frown..but were conserving energy of our facial muscles when we smiled that's why it says SMILE to the fullest to stay fresh and to look young!!

Me as a NURSING STUDENT or should i say a FUTURE NURSE smiling is very important..we smiled a lot to our patients to make them feel we really care for them so much..
In every moment i've spent time to my patients i did everything to make my stay be worthy,we did our part not only because it's our work but we're working for it bcoz of them..and i know after this SMILES in their faces in return make us feel oh so GREAT..

problems,inlove,feel good feel bad,broken hearted,rejected,hopeless,loveless,anger,fear,hapyp,blahfulor whatever emotions is that just dont forget to SMILE BABY.. coz IT CAN HEAL ALL THE SORROWs AND PAINs..

wel..im new hir at opera and im trying 2 figure out wat im a suppose 2 do..lol.i love reading bl0gs evrsince..through that i hve a l0t of learnings..its true that blog s half of ur heart and mind,bc0z wen ur writing a bl0g ur mind gives thoughts and learning,and ur heart gves em0ti0ns 2 d c0ntent..
Its funny h0w cn u inter act with d prs0n through blogs,u can react by ur free will..
Wether it s gewd or bad,it s widely appreciated..
