My OperaStill alive

Well I'm still alive. It's good to know that at least two people were concerned for my safety when I forgot to post for the rest of the week. So small animal medicine was fun for a week as I got to play with puppies and kittens which is always a good time. Got bit while trying to intubate a dog which isn't as good of a time but it doesn't appear infected and hopefully I won't lose my nail. As for the week coming up, I have an enucleation scheduled for Wednesday on a beef cow and then I am in charge of a calf hernia surgery which will likely happen on Thursday, should be fun.
Saw Andrew last night and briefly today, which was good since it has been way too long. He gave me a super hockey stick that he will have no use for since he doesn't want to take it with him all the way to Cali so I'm gonna have to score a bunch of goals with it so that he doesn't regret his decision. Beyond that my life has been pretty boring but who knows maybe this coming weekend I will go out on the town and get smashed but if not then hopefully the next weekend I can do that, I need beer soon to brighten up my life.
