'The 2010 Formula 1 Korean Grand Prix', the world's greatest motorsports event, is less than 100 days away. The event will be held for 3 days from Oct. 22 through 24 in Yeongam, Jeollanam-do. It is expected to start a new era in motorsports for Korea.

F1 (Formula One) is considered the highest class of racing of the open-wheeled single-seater formula cars. The event is 1 of the world's 3 major sports events that include the Olympics and the football World Cup.

As Jul. 17 was 100 days before the event, Korea had various performances to celebrate and to maintain the nation's high position as a developed country in terms of sports.
