Edinburgh food festival

Today we went to the Edinburgh food festival, which was taking place in the hollyrood park beside Arthur's seat. There were lots of stalls selling local food, cooking demonstrations, and restaurants giving away samples, cooking tips and freebies 
I bought some yummy tablet, a glass of lovely sweet cider, a perfectly made chocolate filled crepe, and an arbroath smokie (smoked on site! was really good! even if my hands did smell like smoked kipper for the rest of the day 
) I also got to sample cheese from orkney, Italian coffees, spicy veggie pakora from an indian tapas restaurant, and fancy chocolates
